Cancellation Policy

Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy A 50% booking retainer is required to reserve appointments at The Luna Well. This amount is applied toward the remaining balance of your service. We understand that plans sometimes change. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, and your booking retainer will be transferred to the new appointment date. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the booking retainer. A new retainer will be required to reserve a future appointment. For appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance, including same-day appointments, the booking retainer becomes nonrefundable once the appointment is confirmed. Because the service time has been reserved specifically for you, same-day cancellations and missed appointments will require a new retainer before rebooking. Clients arriving late will receive as much of the scheduled service as the remaining appointment time allows. The full service price will still apply so that the next client’s appointment is not affected. We understand that true emergencies can happen and will review those situations individually. Any exception provided is a courtesy and does not change the policy for future appointments. By reserving an appointment, the client acknowledges and agrees to The Luna Well’s booking and cancellation policy.
